Isabella GresesGreat Breakfast Tacos. Went back for dinner but liked the Breakfast Tacos better. Quesabirria was too greasy for my liking. Menudo did not have Pigs feet which I prefer but the flavor was good. Burger was real meat and good flavor.

Peter, IIIGreat little Mexican food place. I think of this style of food as being Tejano cuisine. It's really not quite traditional Tex-Mex, but its also not really authentic food of Mexico, hence my feelings that its more Tejano. Great stuff. I highly recommend. Friendly staff is very attentive. It's not loud and rowdy, but its not quiet like a library either. Very laid back. I see customers all the way between retirees to high chairs.

Ashley Teague-MonahanMy family loves to eat at El Centinela. The people are really nice, good and attentive service. They have good tea. The food is excellent. We love the fajitas, combo plates, and nachos. The chips and red sauce are so good! The margaritas are great!

Aleyda CastilloEl Centinela is definitely our new spot for mexican food. I ordered the House chilaquiles with barbacoa and they were delicious, my husband ordered the Carne guisada and he loved it. The staff is so sweet, Elizabeth was so patient and very helpful. We can’t wait to come back!!

Gary YThe service was great, excellent red salsa. The enchilada plate was delicious. The jumbo burrito was tasty and filling. Only got half way through it. The refried beans were fantastic. The rice was okay, a little dry. The green sauce was decent. Not the best. But the red sauce definitely made up for it and was the bomb. Nice, quite ambience. Good experience.
