Allie CatService is really good, but I think that their physical book collection could have more current titles, additionally I wish there was one additional drop box for returns, or at least visible signage. I went inside to return a book, only to be directed to leave the building and return the books to the drop off bin...which as the front desk person described as looking like an ATM. How would anyone know that is where you drop off books without appropriate signage? Also, a bit strange that you can no longer drop books off for returns at the front desk. I have worked at 2 libraries, one public and the other academic and never had this issue. I know that public libraries are under funded, and don't want to leave a negative review to an already under appreciated resources. So I will say that I have had nothing, but positive interactions with the staff of this library and hope that they received the much deserve boost in funding so that they can continue being a great attribute of our city.

Chassity MI love my local library. It's beautiful, well maintained, and the creative activities offered for patrons each month are a wonderful bonus all ages can enjoy.

Karen GalindoI’m a recent transplant to the area 🙂 I’ve been in love with Libraries since childhood…they have SO much to offer!! This was my first trip to Helen Hall and it did not disappoint. Beautiful library. Friendly staff. Delightful Senior Librarian. A friend and I signed up for a drop spindle class. I’ve always wanted to try this art form. The teacher was a hoot 🙂 Her instructions were very detailed. Please note that most library programs/classes are free and open to all. So very happy with my Saturday at the library and look forward to spending more time at the Helen Hall Library in the future!!
