James BentivegnaLast night we were driving looking for some ice cream and noticed the League City Scoop Shop. It’s in a cute older building in the downtown portion of LC. There’s plenty of parking in the back. They have a walk-up window or you can go inside. The inside has been completely remodeled and looks fantastic. I love the wood bar and the layout. There’s lots of indoor and outside space to sit and enjoy. Now onto the important stuff… the ICE CREAM, this place isn’t some Blue Bell reseller, every flavor is made in-house right there in the kitchen. We’ve only been this one time but everything we tasted was delicious. The owner was working behind the counter and served us. Everyone was super pleasant and the service was fast. There’s also a coffee shop inside with a different owner, we didn’t try any but for anyone not in the ice cream mood this could be an option.

Katelynn MoletaAbsolutely love League City scoop shop and Wayside Coffee. Came here with my two boys and they were able to eat their ice cream and play while I enjoyed my coffee. There were plenty of people visiting, working, studying, and relaxing. The atmosphere is filled with community spirit and the decor and design are comforting and calming. The ice cream and coffee tasted wonderful. This is a new family favorite and I’m so glad League City finally has a scoop shop AND a brick and mortar Wayside coffee.

Kristen WattSoooo happy another location opened up. Parking is terrible and people tend to set up camp since it is tied to a coffee shop but all that aside ... this is THE BEST ice cream I have ever had in the LC/Fwood area. I really enjoyed their flavors during opening week especially the flavor "under construction" prob one of their bests.
