I had the most incredible, extraordinary service at BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse. Our server, Alejandro(Alex), was exceptional. He was extremely professional, engaging, personable and attentive. My husband and son did not like a particular ingredient in their main course, and we informed Alex. Alex actively listened, and without hesitation, reordered the same meal without the ingredient. Alex was very gracious and accommodating! To our amazement, a gentleman came to our table. He introduced himself as Andrew, the manager. Andrew was so amazing and understanding, and his customer service skills are impeccable. Alex takes his duty of ensuring guest have a great experience at BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse to another level! I was a server for 20 yrs, and I worked 13.5 years at an upscale and well-known establishment on the Galveston Seawall. I am very familiar with the ins and outs of the service industry, having worked in it for many years. The service I received today has me in awe and hooked! Word of mouth is still an incredible effective advertising strategy, and I will share my incredible, extraordinary dining experience at BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse with my family, friends and others. I named Andrew and Alejandro(Alex) the “A Team”. Thanks again with deep appreciation!

READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO! As someone who goes to the same places around us (more or less) enjoys good food, service & atmosphere, along with options.( from league city area, Baybrook, i45 and so on) I feel like I have been neglecting myself/family and friends & Bjs Restaurant.. Why did we not go here sooner!?!! I really wish we would have! Don’t make our mistake and go to the next “newly “ open spot or same crowded place for a dish you just enjoy.. Me and my fiance went here last night as a little surprise date & could not of been happier. From Bailey the hostess greeting us with a great smile and attitude , that stayed our entire time there & remained very helpful to us and others as they walked in!( think that was her name , sorry if not) To Zachariah being spot on with any questions we had, recommendations, attitude, simply just all around, what you want , anywhere, especially out, at a new place. ( again, pretty sure that was his name lol sorry if not) This is the kind of restaurant, you revisit , the options literally will make you not know what you want, since it all looks & sounds great! It’s the kind of restaurant you take friends & family to, knowing the time and service is worth the amount and time spent. Avocado egg roles, best ever hands down. Both meals we had also, amazing . Let my long review, be a short lesson and enjoyable time for you! lol Thanks!

Consistently good. Came here several times while in town in business. Great beer selection and the food is very good. Only issue I have had there was a minor one with a sloppily put together cheeseburger meal, but the bartender and manager were on it when they saw it without me having to say anything. Made it right immediately. Great service and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be back. Their Hefeweizen beer is delicious.
