Ivana CamachoWe had such a great experience at Pappasito’s! Our server, Reyyan, was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire time we were there. She offered dessert and suggested her favorite which did not disappoint!! You can really tell she genuinely cares about providing great service, and definitely went above and beyond! The food was delicious, but the service is what really stood out to us. Thank you, Reyyan, for making our visit such a great experience! We’ll definitely be back and I hope she’s working when we go! We love repeating servers at places that we get served well! She really deserves props by her manager because I was glad she served us!

Mary LopezI love this Tex Mex establishment but it has come a long way of changing things and being lazy of cooking their food. We as a family eat there all the time. Some service is good some is rushed and bad. But last night food was disappointing! My chicken tinga was not shredded but whole pieces of fajita with just red sauce we ordered 3 large family fajitas and of course it was missing the queso that comes with until after the food comes out and when asked for to go containers she brings 2 small and I have lots left overs that I will not stuff in 2 boxes also my other party was gonna take some so we need more like 4 containers. Every one else got refills on their drinks except me. And it was not packed we came about 6:30PM we didn’t get our food till 7:20pm which I was ok with. If we are not celebrating at Pappasito’s we are ordering out and to spend over $100 and plus I expect to get what I want. This has been x2 of this kind of service. If we aren’t welcome I’m glad to take my business elsewhere!

S VCWe had such a great experience at Pappasitos, especially thanks to our waitress, Aleyna. She was incredibly kind, attentive, patient, and gave us great recommendations. Even though she had several tables, she always made sure to check on us and made us feel well taken care of. She truly was one of the best waitresses we’ve had in a long time! It was our first time visiting, and the food was amazing as well. The beef fajitas were tender and delicious, the tortillas were excellent, and the stuffed crab cakes were outstanding. Great food and even better service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Nico_dangerThis was a spur of the moment decision to eat at this place. Definitely glad we stopped in. Have no complaint on anything we had. Everything was really good portions and fresh tortillas. You can't beat that, and our server Brian was amazing.
