Mandi GarciaCame for lunch and everything was so great. Bread was warm and fresh , got a cup of seafood gumbo and that was delicious, full pieces of shrimp in it and crab. Got the Cobb salad on the lunch menu and it was HUGE! We ended with the chocolate cake , very yummy and a large portion. Our server Pablo was LOVELY! So attentive and on top of everything we needed and did a great job of explaining menu items etc. definitely had a great experience since we had a great server to take care of us!

Renee’ HFrom August 1 to September 7, 2026, Pappas is having their own Pappas Restaurant Week; a little different from Houston restaurant week. So what did I decide to do, try as many Papas restaurants as I could; starting with Pappas Seafood House. The staff was ready to go when we got there at 11:00 on the dot. We had the pleasure of being served by Samuel. He was awesome! He explained the Pappas Restaurant Weeks menu to us and right away, we knew it was what we wanted. For the first course, the House salad. Second course, Pan grilled rainbow trout with shrimp. Third course, vanilla cheesecake with fresh strawberries. Samuel continued to come back to the table to check on us and even told us about other Pappa’s restaurants that were participating in restaurant weeks. He was very polite each time he excused himself to check on our food. You can definitely tell that he loves his job and aims to make his customers happy. The food was 10/10 but the service was even better.

Diane JonesWe had no wait to be seated at dinner hour. Our waitress Liny was so very attentive and ready to celebrate with us as it is our 35th wedding anniversary. All the special requests of extra lemon, extra cocktail sauce were tended to. And our dessert was fabulous. We enjoyed the salads and enjoyed the fried shrimp. Delicious and super fresh.

tamica ThomasMy first time here but not my last! My hubby had been here before so he tried to earn me about the Fondue. He said once you taste it, you won’t eat your food. Did I listen? No!!! The fondue is a meal on its own! Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! 7/28/2026—UPDATE Becca was a wonderful server! Everything came out hot and fresh! I meant to take a pic when the food arrived, but jumped right into it! LOL! We get the same thing all the time. We spent $121.51 on Shrimp fondue yo go, 2 teas, 2 Sampler Platters. Delicious!! Ambiance is family friendly. The sampler platters are great! Catfish cooked to perfection and they give large portions. Last but not least, was our server AJ! He was friendly and attentive. If in the area ask for him. He’s excellent.

Dwayne SpatesSame taste every single time! Pappa's has not disappointed me yet. Dine-in, carry-out no difference. The quality and service is still the same. The seafood Cobb salad, and deluxe seafood platter are two of my faves but there's not much on the menu I haven't had at least twice.
