Fabian DeleonStaff is always attentive and helpful. Drinks always come out great and in a timely manner, even during busier hours. Cream sodas are always a treat but their matcha is always my go to! Very smooth and a pleasant bitterness at the end. Staff even helped me when I was ordering a bit of a custom drink not on the menu. It was matcha with a small splash of oat milk sweetened with maple. Matcha was so good I didn't take a picture because I drank it so fast. Highly recommend as I hold my matchas to a very high standard and Java Owl is one of the few cafes to do it right!

Hatem SalehOne of these places that feel like home so we tend to leave google reviews. Great coffee, friendly staff, the piano is a great cherry on the top. Good food options too. I like the nitro brewed coffee and most beautiful mugs too

Christina SmithSuper cute spot! 20 minutes for 2 drinks when it was very slow. Staff did not seem happy to be there. I refuse to go to Starbucks for a $7 coffee. But the wait paired with the lack of enthusiasm from the staff was not worth saving the $2. Frap was great. Caramel macchiato was terrible. Immediately left and went to Starbucks for quick service, delicious drink, and friendly staff. I’ll give Java owl another try because it is super cute and maybe the staff was just having an off day.

Houston TexasI finally had a chance to visit here and I'm glad I did. Really cool environment and well priced drinks. The Carmel latte frappe is heavenly 😇. The flavor and texture and whipped cream made for an ultra velvety and magnificent taste. The iced Carmel macchiato wasn't as good as McDonald's though and couldn't really taste any carmel. Either way I do want to try other drinks if I'm not going here for that frappe.

Samuel MedinaJava Owl is my go‑to when I want coffee and a place with soul. The drinks are excellent, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is perfect comfy chairs, great lighting, beautiful décor, live music now and then. It’s more than just a coffee shop; it’s a community spot. Yes, sometimes it’s busy, but it’s worth the wait. Highly recommend if you want somewhere laid‑back to relax, work, or catch up with friends
