I had purchased a firearm, and am throughly satisfied with the service I received. I left a review in the survey where I name dropped "Randy" when I ment Ralph. Absolutely all the praise to Ralph. When I finally picked up my firearm after a waiting period, Ralph walked with me through sections of the store he doesn't work in. He helped me select ammo, gun oil, cleaning kit, CBI, a case, and an optic that I didnt know I absolutely needed until I got them. I am VERY grateful for Ralphs service. I would like to thank Joshua for walking me through the initial paperwork for purchasing my firearm. I am dyslexic and understand how serious and important the initial paperwork is for obtaining a firearm. Joshua made it super easy to understand. Super satisfied with my service and please give Ralph a pay raise.

This was my first time going to a Bass Pro Shop. I came here to get a gift for someone who loves to fish. I obviously know nothing about fishing so it was helpful to have great staff at this location guide me in the right direction. The front door greeters were incredibly kind and guided me to where I needed to be. I don’t remember the kind young man who helped me pick out a good tackle box in the fishing area but he was amazing! Before leaving, my cousin and I wanted to see the fish in the back and while we were coming to the front of the store to check out, the Hilton staff approached us abruptly and tried to sell us a time share. I got stuck with one of them for ten minutes. When I refused to put my credit card down, she then called for another man to try and push me to put my card information down for another ten minutes. At this part my experience here went downhill. They questioned my finances, asked why I couldn’t put the money down even though they gave me a ‘great offer’ and quickly changed their attitude when I told them no for the last time. The regular staff here is great but the Hilton people are pushy and rude. We were literally walking through the clothes when the first staff member popped out of nowhere. If there’s management who read this review, please talk to the Hilton staff about how they speak to customers. Otherwise, the Bass Pro Shop employees are great and I’ll come back but try to avoid the Hilton people.

I cannot say enough good things about Emily in archery. Not only did she fix my compound bow, but she used her extensive knowledge to help a beginner learn how to use it properly. She gave me advice, sighted it in and she has the patience of a saint. I’ll definitely go back.

I had a very good experience with the archery department. Megan was super helpful and very knowledgeable bow tech. It’s been a challenge to find someone who can work on bows with most shops being greater than an hour away. She did a great job setting up my old and new bows. Replacing strings and setting up sights and fixing a couple of issues. Thank you great job and will be back
