The Family reunion coordinator, the banquet manager, & the guest & food services staff demonstrated outstanding customer service and professionalism with accommodating my family reunion weekend. I received many accolades from my family that they enjoyed the scenic views of the marina, the quiet atmosphere, & comfortable bedding. And even though there were minor patio complaints, the front desk staff resolved quickly. Complimentary access to the fitness/wellness center was a plus. Overall, my family was very pleased with the resort services plus free above ground and underground parking was a great amenity. To the banquet manager, Marissa, “the Italiano menu” selection was superb. My family specifically “raved” about the tender pork lions and seasoned chicken; and, Rayfield of your staff was very responsive with adding tables to the ballroom and the foyer. Your response time to all of the committee’s needs was commendable, and we thank you very much. To Sharon, the family reunion coordinator, thank you so much for responding to all committee accommodation inquiries, providing monthly reports of family guests, and especially advising the committee with the ideal place at resort to accommodate my 100 plus family members for group photos during our T-shirt competition. The 4.0 stars is due to the lack of upkeep of the resort rooms/balcony and patio.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10 Stars All the Way!) An Unforgettable 90th Birthday for Mom!Our family recently stayed at the South Shore Harbour Resort to celebrate my mom's milestone 90th birthday while she was visiting us in Texas. We have stayed here in the past and always enjoyed our time, but this visit was truly better than ever!Ahead of our stay, we spoke with General Manager Jose Miranda to let him know we were celebrating my mother’s big day the following weekend. Jose and his incredible team went completely above and beyond, making this one of the absolute best hotel experiences we have ever had. Our family has traveled all around the world and stayed in many hotels, but the genuine attention, hospitality, and care that Jose Miranda and his staff gave us was absolutely unmatched.They took care of us perfectly from the moment we arrived—from the stunning room accommodations to generously providing a beautiful parlor room for our family to gather, celebrate, and cut my mom's birthday cake. Everything was flawless!The resort itself is a perfect seaside getaway. The food is absolutely amazing, the pool is great, and they even have an awesome DJ playing on the weekends. We truly cannot express how grateful we are, especially to General Manager Jose Miranda, for completely exceeding our expectations. You made my mom's 90th birthday an unforgettable, cherished memory for our entire family.We highly recommend South Shore Harbour Resort to anyone looking for a beautiful escape and world-class service. Room was great but before we got to the room I was severely disappointed with the upkeep of the hotel. I've been to a lot of resorts before and I know that this one has great potential. Firstly we followed the signs for parking and found an underground parking with tapes at the front that seems like they're doing some sort of construction... We came out the car still trying to find the lobby then we saw some stairs that led upstairs. I thought to myself, well how would we manage if we had a lot of luggage, still no signage directing you to the front desk. We came up the stairs and saw "Ballroom" on the building. We walked thru those doors only to find a very dirty carpeted floor with no one in sight, but at least it smelled really good. We soon saw a security guard passing by who we asked for directions to the front desk. Walking towards the front desk we saw wet floors signs all over and a cleaning cart to one side of the lobby. The lobby could really do some dusting especially on some of the furniture and the floor could be swept. I've worked at resorts before and they had housekeepers who maintained the Front of the house. This didn't see like the case here. Upon disboarding the elevator to our floor again the carpet was dirty and stuff all over the carpet that could easily be vacuumed, plus our floor smelled like wet dog. Thank God our room was clean with no issues. I must say the service at both the front desk and pool bar was great, I mainly had issues with the cleanliness of the property overall and the lack of signage...And yeah, we couldn't find a bathroom at the pool area...Apart from that, it would've been a great stay. This hotel has great potential, I hope they work on it to bring it back up to standard🙏🏾

It was our first stay, 4th of July weekend. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was very clean, spacious. The pool was a good size, not very deep. We'd definitely stay here again.
