ModernMomWe had an excellent time at the craft factory. We went in without an appointment and were immediately greated by two friendly staff members. There were other guests and everyone was engaged and having fun. My 5 y/o GD chose her crafts, painted ceramics and made her own colored, coconut scented, glitter slime with tiny toys and had a blast. We will definitely be going back.

Heather BiberGreat atmosphere for all! My little loves to paint and play with sand and glitter, I'm so happy she got to do her favorite things and my house is still toddler clean! Owner Nikki is hands on with all customers and is a promoter for kids creativity! With a variety of crafts available there is something for everyone! We will be returning. 😁

Marlen IbarraFirst time in this location, Took my two girls. I took the time to give them a call and ask if they took walk-ins I would definitely give them five stars on How the place is set up. The place is very nice . They have really good Variety on things to choose from. At first, I thought that the girl that was helping us was just serious. She smiled a couple of times but nothing out of the ordinary until more people came in her demeanor changed completely. She was so very friendly with the other customers. I did notice that she was laughing and very friendly to them. I did not bother to ask her name or nothing like that. She looks Hispanic to me with fake eyelashes skinny. I work In retail my self and I know all about customer service so I definitely feel that this place need to work on Customer service.

Armani MbayeWe absolutely love the craft factory! We’ve been here multiple times with my company for teambuilding events. The crafts are so much fun, they rotate out seasonally. And the staff is absolutely wonderful – Emma is so helpful. I would definitely recommend the craft factory for your team building outings!
