We visited on a Monday, and because they are a newer company, we were lucky enough to have their full, undivided attention. The water conditions were perfectly still, making for an incredible ride. The check-in process was seamless—they send all waiver forms online ahead of time, which makes getting onto the water quick and hassle-free. The two-seater jet skis were in great shape, and their safety briefing was super thorough, welcoming, and reassuring. Since we brought our three kids, my wife and I had to take turns riding with each child. The owners went above and beyond, staying out with us for three full hours just so our family could all get time on the water. They were so warm and patient—even taking the time to chat and indulge our daughter who loves to talk! We even bonded over the fun coincidence that both our first date and the owners' first date were on jet skis. You simply cannot buy this level of genuine customer care. Alter EGoHANDS DOWN, THE BEST JETSKI EXPERIENCE IN DECADES! BUY THE GLOVES & PHONE CASE!! !!!!!!!!!!(TRUST ME ON THIS)!!!!!!!!! The owner was super calm, polite, informative, and patient w me. Taking my mom out for delayed mother's day, for the 2nd trip. Skis are light, fast, and fun! He even mentioned he does tours for those that just want to check out some cool spots, see wildlife, and a few smooth runs that I never expected to see in my short rental time of 2 hours. 2 hours was a great start for me, as I felt the first hour simply disappeared. Have to rent again for photos (my phone died in the lake water)..

Paul WeitzWhat a fantastic experience!!! Run by the most friendliest and helpful couple. The online booking process was really easy and everything was so professional. All the equipment was new and clean. My family had the most incredible experience. They also offer tours, and were so knowledgeable about the area. They gave us some wonderful recommendations of where to eat lunch in the area. So nice to recommend a local family run business. It was so kind of them to offer us cold bottles of water after our hot exhilarating jet ski ride! Can’t wait to go back to ride again! If you are looking for a fun family experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Pelican Jet ski rentals, the best jet ski rental in Houston/Seabrook/Kemah/Galveston areas. They are located just across from Kemah Boardwalk and very easy to find.
