Mermaid JIt was our first time here, we went on Wednesday dinner time, though it might not be busy but it turned out busy which means this place has to be good. We ordered gyoza, chashu sando, 2 sushi rolls, thai chicken and classic fuji tonkotsu Gyoza was ok, normal. Chashu sando was good too but i think with hot sauce would be better for me. Then I had Shaggy dog sushi and my husband had Fuji ninja roll, and bruh they were so DELICIOUS. They were so good we finished them before our main course served which made us kinda fulled🤣 Thai chicken came with rice bowl, and the portion was big. It wasn’t that spicy. My husband like to have soggy cabbage then have chicken after I had Fuji reman with extra lean chashu. In the bowl i got 3 big slices of pork chashu which surprised me bc other places gave only 2 and small, that why i added on lean chashu and in the end they were enough for me. However, i feel like it was lil bit too salty. And what surprised me more is the spoon. It’s big🤣 but i enjoy using it We decided to have entrees to go bc we were so full from sushi. Our server was so helpful and friendly. The foods were served fast. RECOMMENDED

Jamielynn RussellWent here for a date night, it was delicious. Ordered Rocky Shrimp which was my favorite, as well as Tex Mex Ramen and Black Garlic Ramen. When we walked in they were playing an alien vs. predator movie my husband enjoyed but as soon as a child came to eat they put on Zootopia which was a really sweet touch and shows their attention to detail! Our server was very kind and knowledgeable.

The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and relaxing, making it a great place to enjoy a meal whether you’re dining alone, with friends, or with family. I also have to mention the cleanliness. The restaurant is spotless and well-maintained, which really adds to the overall experience and reflects the attention to detail throughout the establishment. From the exceptional staff + kitchen and delicious food to the welcoming atmosphere and impressive cleanliness, Fuji Ramen goes above and beyond. Highly recommended I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lindsey McClungFuji is hands down my favorite restaurant. I’m pretty sure I go there every week to think about the world’s problems and eat amazing food while I’m at it. The service is 100% spot on every single time, and the food is consistently great. I’ll probably end up going again for the second time this week, honestly. Their prices are affordable, and I truly appreciate that — but the food tastes way better than “affordable.” That’s exactly why I keep going back time and time again. Highly recommend!

CeciliaThe creamy vegan ramen was sooo good and the spice was on point! I also got the fried rice made vegan with tofu (no meat no egg), it was delicious. We ordered takeout, but the customer service at the register was 5 star. He was very kind, accommodating to my vegan diet, and even walked the food out to my car. This is one of my new fav spots in Dickinson.
