Galveston County Judge Mark Henry has issued an order requiring all Galveston County residents, including those that reside in League City, to remain at their place of residence unless they are engaged in essential activities or essential businesses. The order takes effect at 11:59 p.m. March 24, 2020 and continues until 11:59 p.m. on April 3, 2020. All 13 Mayors in Galveston County, including League City Mayor Pat Hallisey, signed the order.
